Brittany, owner of B Well, has a mission to spread the concept of overall well-being; physically, mentally and spiritually. She offers spa and esthetic services as well as energetic and spiritual healing practices. B Well sources most of the products she sells from local vendors and creators as well as organic lines that promote health through and through.

My main focus was to create custom content such as product photography, videos and Instagram story content along with contributing to writing posts and giveaways.
Throughout the year I spent with B Well, the business had gained a healthy organic follower growth rate of 42%.

Our main goal was to grow organically by focusing on three KPI Metrics on Instagram and Facebook: Increasing followers, interactions and likes to attract new customers.
Strategies that were most effective:
-Activated our account and other industry influencers through shared posts, comments or tags
-Celebrating and giving shout outs to our business partners, customers and fellow entrepreneurs on their accomplishments
-Increased the quality of content by creating a clean, “breath-of-fresh-air” aesthetic that mimics the environment of the spa itself
-Used community hashtags that attracted the attention of new clients
-Created Instagram Content and giveaways to assist in marketing for current and new products/services
-Promoted general health and wellness tips, tricks and solutions to use beside our products/services to create a knowledge-based platform

Painting Commissions for B Well
Since the B Well location was brand new, I was very grateful to be asked to create paintings to decorate the space and provide a natural and botanical ambiance to the space and each of the rooms. Brittany and I continue to support each other’s work to this day.
